The terms for using this site and for text messages from our project line.

1. Who we are

These terms are offered by Sinak Design Firm, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company at Lake of the Ozarks (“Sinak Design Firm”, “we”, “us”). By using sinakdesign.com, the chat on this site or our project line, you agree to these terms.

2. Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our work and to get in touch with us. Do not use it to break the law, to send anything harmful or abusive, or to try to break, overload or copy it.

3. The chat and the answers we send

The chat on this site is an AI assistant. Its answers, and answers drawn from a project’s spec book, can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important with our team before you rely on it.

4. Design work

If you have a written agreement with us for design work, that agreement governs the work, and it wins if it and these terms disagree.

5. Text messaging (SMS) terms

  • Program: the Sinak Design Firm project line, sent by Sinak Design Firm, LLC from (number coming soon).
  • What it is for: conversational support for the people working on our interior design projects: general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and our homeowner clients. You text questions about a project, such as finishes, fixtures and specifications, and we reply with answers from that project’s spec book and a link to the relevant page, or pass the question to our designers. We also send one welcome text when our team adds you to a project with your permission. We send no marketing or promotional messages.
  • How you opt in: by texting the project line yourself, or by giving our team permission to add you to a project. The exact steps and wording are on the project line page.
  • Consent is not a condition of working on a project with us, or of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies, based on your questions and your project.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts from that number after that. Reply START to join again.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change this page and the date at the top.
