How the people working on our projects join the project line by text, and what they agree to.

What the project line is

Sinak Design Firm runs a project line, (number coming soon), for the people working on our interior design jobs: general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and our own homeowner clients. Text it with a question about a project, such as finishes, fixtures and specifications, and the line replies with the answer from that project’s specification book and a link to the relevant page, or passes the question to our designers.

Only people working on an active Sinak Design Firm project receive texts from the project line. It sends no marketing or promotional messages.

How you join

There are two ways. Consent is never a condition of working on a project.

1. Text the line first

Our team gives each contractor, vendor or client the line in person, on the project’s specification book and on this page, with these words:

Call or text (number coming soon) and let us know which project you're working on. By texting this number you agree to receive text messages from Sinak Design Firm about your project. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Your own first text is your opt-in. The line replies only to the person who texted.

2. Added by our team, with your permission

When someone on our team adds you to a project in our client portal, they need your permission to receive texts first. They must tick this box, which is unchecked by default:

A copy of the box in our client portal, where [Name] is the person’s name. Terms: sinakdesign.com/terms. Privacy policy: sinakdesign.com/privacy.

The portal records who ticked it and when. Only then does the line send one welcome text.

What you receive

Answers to the questions you send, and one welcome text if our team added you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Some examples:

  • Sinak Design Firm: The shower valve in the Anderson primary bath is Brizo Litze in Luxe Gold. Full page: sinakdesign.com/specs/… Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Sinak Design Firm: Hi Mike, thanks for reaching out. Which project is this question for, Anderson or Lakeview? Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Sinak Design Firm: Hi Mike, Lindsey added you to the Anderson project. Text this number any time with questions about the specs and we'll answer here. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  • Sinak Design Firm: The spec book doesn't cover that, so I've passed your question to Lindsey. She'll reply here or call you. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Sinak Design Firm: Hi Sarah, the tile in your primary bath is Zellige in Weathered White. See it here: sinakdesign.com/specs/… Reply STOP to opt out.

Replies you can expect

Stop or get help at any time

Your number stays private

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The project line is run by Sinak Design Firm, LLC; its full terms are in section 5 of our terms, and what we keep is in our privacy policy.
